PAY IN PERSON AT OUR OFFICE
We are located at 6219 North Palafox Street, Suite E, Pensacola, FL 32503. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. We accept cash, money order, check or cashier’s check. We also have a night drop that is located on the back side of the office that is clearly marked.
CHECK-BY-PHONE AND BANK DRAFT
You can call and set up a payment that can come directly from your checking account. You can set up a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments. There is no fee for this service, but you must have a checking account to participate.
PAY WITH A DEBIT CARD
You can make payments through our third-party vendor, Verifacto. Verifacto charges and receives a $4.95 convenience fee but will only show as a single line item to Consumer Financial Services. The first time you use this service you will need to set-up a personal profile. The next time you log in your payment methods and information will already be saved. Verifacto accepts Mastercard/Visa debit cards only.
WESTERN UNION
We accept payments through Western Union Quick Collect. You can make your payment by debit cards, credit cards or your bank account. Western Union does charge a convenience fees for their services. They have multiple options:
